How much is delivery?
Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland: €5.50 or free on order over €50
UK: €15 or free on orders over €150
USA: $20 or free on orders over $50
Canada: €20 or free on orders over €150
Europe: €20 or free on orders over €150
Rest of world: €30-€45 (depending on location) or free on orders over €150. We shop to most locations worldwide. Please enter your address at checkout and shipping rate will be calculated.
Will I be charged VAT or custom duties on my delivery to international destinations?
No, there are no additional charges on your order. We will cover any duties or taxes on your order.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery within Ireland and Northern Ireland is usually 1 -2 working days. UK/Europe/USA/Canada is usually within 3-5 working days. Rest of world could be up to 11 days depending on destination. Please note the above timings can be extended during extremely busy periods or sometimes due to issues beyond our control but we will do our utmost to deliver as soon as possible for you.
Can I change my delivery address?
Please let us know asap by emailing office@rathborne.ie if you notice a mistake in your delivery address.
Can all your products be shipped internationally?
Yes apart from our room spray as this is flammable so therefore cannot ship via air.
How will I know that my shipment is on the way?
You will receive an email when your shipment has left our factory. This will contain tracking information on orders within the island of Ireland. For such orders, you will also receive a text message from the courier company letting you know the approximate delivery time. You may reply to this message if the time is unsuitable.
