Shipping policy
Every Rathbornes candle is hand-poured in Dublin. We ship from three warehouses so most orders reach you from close to home: Dublin for Ireland, Europe and the rest of the world, Liverpool for Great Britain, and Delaware for the United States.
Order processing
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days. During sales and the Christmas period, please allow a little longer.

Rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

Estimated delivery times outside Ireland: e.g. UK 2–4 working days, EU 3–7, US 3–6, rest of world 7–14.
Customs and import duties
There are no customs charges on orders delivered within the EU, within Great Britain from our UK warehouse, or within the US from our US warehouse. For all other destinations, import duties and local taxes may be charged on arrival. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or delivery charges.
Made-to-order items
Our 3-litre reed diffusers are made to order, so delivery times for these may be longer than shown above.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please email enquiries@rathbornes1488.com with your order number and a photo of any damage and we will put it right.
